Full Service Small Business Website Design
We offer a full service, small business Website design service and take responsibility for building and delivering a fully functional Website complete with business Email addresses. This is achieved with minimum impact to your current work commitments.
Register a Domain Name
We will register a new Domain Name, if you haven't one already. Available Domain Names can checked by entering a Name in the box provided, above. You become the legal owner of the Domain Name. If a Domain Name has already been registered, we can transfer the Name to our own Servers on your behalf. If at any time you are unhappy with our service, the Domain Name can be moved to a new supplier at no extra cost.
Website Hosting
We will host your new Website on the Internet for the minimum of one year. If at any time you are unhappy with our service, you can move to another supplier at no extra cost. 24/7 access will be available to our Administration Control Panel enabling you, amongst other things, to add or change Email addresses.
Number of pages
Your new Website will include a minimum of eleven pages, based on either one of the Design Option 1 Customised Web Templates (twenty two pages for Accountant Practices), Design Option 2 Customised Website Templates or based on a totally Bespoke Design. You decide what the pages are used for. Typically, a standard Website will include Homepage, About Us, Directions/Contact Us and five Service pages. Three additional, mandatory pages are included for Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Sitemap pages.
Pictures
Your new Website will include a selection of generic business related pictures to enhance the sites aesthetic qualities. All these pictures can be replaced with your own ones, if you wish. All pictures you supply will be digitally enhanced to fit the overall Website design at no extra cost. If you need to source pictures, we can recommend a low cost, Royalty Free Photography Website. These pictures can be as little as 25p each. If you prefer, we can purchase selected pictures (you choose) on your behalf and we will only bill the amount it costs us to purchase the pictures.
Website Template Page Modifications
In most cases, we are able to incorporate all modifications within the basic charge. This includes some major modifications, such as, developing detailed service/product and about us pages, and including Navigation Sub-menus, where necessary. Other areas than can be modified are;
- Music and sound can be turned off.
- Flash™ functionality can be retained or replaced with static
HTML. - Change pictures and colour schemes.
- New pages can be developed from existing page templates.
- Navigation Menus can be changed or enhanced.
- Page dimensions changed.
- Even, totally FLash™ Templates can be changed to include both Flash™ and HTML.
Usually, we are able to confirm if certain client modifications will be included at no extra charge before any payment is made.
For Bespoke Web Designs
Once we have a feel for your design requirements, a "mock-up" will prepared for one of the key pages and emailed for approval. Once approved, web pages will be developed for other areas of the Website and sent to you for approval before coding commences. At this stage, the project will then follow the same process as our Website Templates.
Business Email
We will create new business Email addresses for you and your staff and help configure your Email Client i.e Outlook Express to incorporate the new address. 20 POP Email accounts are included and 50 Email addresses (set up as Aliases) i.e. Aliases could be info@yourcompany.co.uk, admin@yourcompany.co.uk etc. You will have access to add and change your Email or, alternatively, we can make changes on your behalf at no extra cost.
Written content
In the case of our Accountant Practice solutions, the default written content can be used or edited or changed to their exact requirements. For all other industry types, we can discuss site content and offer guidelines, how to create good written content. The importance of good copywriting cannot be overstated enough!
Free simple updates
During the lifetime of your system, free simple updates are available to your new Website. If it is a simple task of changing a paragraph or a particular picture, we do not believe in charging clients for work that may only take a few minutes to complete.
On-line Forms & Mapping Websites
All our Website Designs incorporate an on-line form giving your visitors the option of how they want to contact you. Most people prefer this option and is quicker than having to load their own Email system. We also include a dynamic link to Websites, such as Multimap, giving visitors an interactive map for locating your premises.
