Company Information
Devine Law were founded in 2006 by Francesca Devine, who has over twenty years experience as a Solicitor involved in Business, Company and Commercial Law. The Firm also acts for Individuals and Companies affected by insolvency. Their Principal, became licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner more than 15 years ago and can advise on every insolvency issue. Their services include; Start up advice, Business Basics, Company Formation/restoration /Restructuring, Company Secretary Functions, Commercial Agreements, Contracts, Intellectual Property & Know -How, Property - Sales Purchases & Leases, Customer/Supplier insolvency
Website Requirements
Devine Law required rapid implementation of a new Website and business Email to coincide with the launch of the new Firm. Since, their initial requirements were to create a strong visual presence, a purely Flash based Website Template was chosen from our portfolio. The site's main objectives are: to act as a contact point for potential clients; and as a tool to compliment various marketing initiatives.
Website Template Modifications
The existing Template pages were, mainly, landing pages for each of the categories in the Menu Navigation. Since the large number of additional pages this would generate were not required at this stage, these pages were re-designed to hold detailed content, relevant to each category. However, in three of the pages, pop-up windows have been created to hold more information.
The business Logo was replaced with the Firm's own Logo and the font type used for the business name, changed to reflect the client's preferred Font. The two pictures on the left of the page were also changed to show the principle's picture and a local scenic shot of the Humber Bridge. Text under the pictures was extended to give more meaningful information. The signature was moved to the bottom of the page.
Navigation Buttons were changed to reflect the client's own requirements, with additional links to Terms & Conditions and Homepage, created at the bottom right corner of the design. Pictures throughout the design were replaced with the client's own pictures and edited to fit with page dimensions.
Since the client required more contact fields than was originally included in the Template, and that there was also insufficient room in the design, an HTML Contact Form was created to give more space in the page.
